How to submit a request
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to send your exchange or refund request.

• Include your order number, item name, reason, and photos if needed.
• Wait for our confirmation email with next steps.

• Item must be unused and in original condition.
• Must be returned in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase required.

Refunds

• Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Exceptions
