Request Window
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange or refund.
How to Submit a Request
Contact us via WhatsApp and provide:
- Your order number
- The item you would like to exchange or return
- The reason for your request
- Clear photos, if needed
Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps with you through WhatsApp.
Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange or refund, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include valid proof of purchase
Exchanges
Enjoy easy exchanges within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item or size is unavailable, you may choose between a refund or store credit.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
The refund method will be confirmed with you based on the payment method used for the original order.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Underwear or hygiene-sensitive items
- Final Sale items
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged
- Items returned without their original tags or packaging
OPU Haus reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
